Green Gateway 5-step Approach:

1. Starting with a green needs assessment of your business or community process we will identify areas of strength and weakness to help you understand how to 'position' your organization for maximum effect in these primary areas;

2. We then assign you a Green Mentor to formulate a strategy to enhance your strengths and improve the areas of weakness.  Together we will define your 1 to 3 year impact targets and identify goals through which to achieve them.
   
   
3. We'll then develop a sales, marketing and/or community strategy and define your customer base (existing and future). We'll refine your current messaging and branding to reflect the outcomes from the steps above.
   
   
4. Green Gateway will develop your social/digital media collateral including but not limited to your website, brochures, and business cards, create your PR and communications strategies, and implement a web-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to manage the entire process.
