The Green Gateway is a facility that bridges the gap between business and the community in which it's located and serves.  We'll be providing space and services for education, conference, incubation-start-up and existing green technology companies. By serving the community directly, it'll provide the catalyst to foster the growth of and ignite a community's local green economy. The Green Gateway will be the focal point and a gathering space and will contain the following features.

Green Design & Living Gallery

The Green Gateway Design and Living Gallery is a 5,000 square-foot design gallery in Florence, Massachusetts. Our mission is to help businesses and individuals navigate the green landscape. We're seeking companies who wish to exhibit their products and/or services to the public, municipalities, and the business community. Green Gateway will be drawing the public into the Design and Living Gallery through advertising and by holding events such as trainings, seminars and meetings. Events will be held in our green renovated conference spaces.

Light Industrial & Incubation Space

Green Gateway offers space with high or short bays, loading docks and freight elevators. With spaces starting at 1,000 square-feet we're able to accomodate any company's needs. Spaces can be built to suit incorporating the latest in green technology from Energy Star to LEED Certified.

Office Space

Offices also can be built to suit incorporating the latest in green technology. From Energy Star to LEED Certification we can customize a soulution to meet your needs. Green Gateway also offers shared office space on a monthly membership basis.

Conference/ Event Space

Green Gateway aims to be a gathering space where green-minded businesses, individuals and the community can connect to work, brainstorm, share and network.

Conference Space

Green Gateway provides conference space for all tenants to use and enjoy. Our conference rooms offer state of the art media capabilities including lcd projection and sound. Comfortable seating and breakout areas are also provided. We can accommodate most gatherings, regardless of size and complexity.

Event Space

Green Gateway offers a large multi-function hall to accomodate all types of events from community functions to conferences. The hall will be a place where green organizations can comfortably put on events that draw a regional/national audience. Green Gateway can provide seating, staging, and state-of-the art lcd projection and sound equipment. Events can be catered by local food service companies or your own staff.
